1. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products—including bridal lehengas, non-bridal wear, party outfits, and sarees—we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of size, color, or style
- Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
We encourage all our customers to review their orders carefully and reach out to us before placing an order if they have any doubts.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made, except under the rare condition outlined below.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. You must:
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Keep the item unused and in its original packaging
Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis, which may include a repair, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed even in such cases.
4. Customization Disclaimer
Please note that colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Custom measurements or embroidery details are crafted by hand and may have minor variations—this is part of the charm of handcrafted fashion and does not qualify as a defect.
